BSIN – Thursday 19 – Friday 20th November 2026

We are pleased to announce our forthcoming annual scientific meeting in collaboration with the British Scoliosis Society.

The meeting will take place at the East Midlands Conference Centre on 19 – 20 November 2026.

The meeting itself creates a unique environment to network with other healthcare professionals interested in the fields of spinal and neurosurgery.  Along with colleagues from the British Scoliosis Society, members of the National Paediatric Spinal Anaesthetists Network will also be in attendance.  Some elements of the conference will discipline specific but there will be exciting opportunities for combined multidisciplinary discussion.

We are excited to announce that this year’s keynote speaker will be the eminent IONM educator, Dr Faisal Jahangiri.  Dr Jahangiri has authored 79 peer-reviewed publications, 30 book chapters, and multiple textbooks focused on neuromonitoring and clinical neurophysiology; we are delighted to welcome him to Nottingham for this year’s conference.

The meeting agenda is wide and varied and includes workshops, presentations and case studies from IONM experts in the UK and Europe.
